The "Pretty Woman" star, Richard Gere, and his business partner Russell Hernandez spent $2.7 million on a 14-acre property in the picturesque town of Bedford, New York. They plan to convert property into upmarket complex with country inn and restaurant.
But there was a problem... He failed to get town approval for this project and has been instructed to go back to the drawing board.
